1General Introduction

2Account Registration and Eligibility

Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, bajiee reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure. bajiee may request additional documents at any time for identity verification — such as a national ID card, passport, or an OTP for mobile number verification.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. You should not share your password with anyone, and if you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bajiee currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, bets of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be placed.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been completed. bajiee reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion. 4.3 VIP Cashback Program

bajiee's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week — total losses minus total winnings — at the applicable rate. The maximum cashback rates per level are: Bronze 0.2%, Silver 0.4%, Gold 0.6%, Platinum 0.8%, Diamond 1.0%.

5Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajiee platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Strategic betting intended to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited. bajiee reserves the right to take legal action in serious cases.

6Privacy and Data Protection

bajiee does not sell personal information to third parties. However, necessary information may be shared with selected partners for service operation and to meet legal obligations.

Services may be temporarily disrupted during technical maintenance or emergencies. bajiee has sole authority to make decisions regarding any betting or gaming sessions in progress during such periods.

10Limitation of Liability

bajiee provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. Betting and gaming carry a financial risk of loss, and users open an account voluntarily accepting this risk. bajiee's direct liability for issues caused by technical errors or third parties is limited.

If a technical issue arises in games from third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc., the rules of the relevant developer will apply.

13Applicability of Terms

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be inapplicable or invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. bajiee's failure to enforce any term on one occasion does not indicate that the term has been waived.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and bajiee and replace any prior oral or written understandings.
